Production Planning and Scheduling:
Plan, organize, and schedule production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Quality Control and Improvement:
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product quality.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Safety and Compliance:
Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Equipment Maintenance:
Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper maintenance.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare reports and updates for upper management on production performance.
Maintain accurate records of production activities.
Inventory Management:
Oversee the storage, inventory, and distribution of materials and tools.
Staff Management:
Plan employee shifts and work schedules.
Coordinate job assignments and cross-training.
Provide feedback on employee work performance.
