Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day factory floor operations in the electrical and metal divisions.
Plan, assign, and monitor production activities to meet output and quality targets.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, safety standards, and company policies.
Oversee machinery and equipment maintenance, coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
Inspect materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with technical and quality specifications.
Manage workforce efficiency, attendance, and performance; provide on-the-job training as required.
Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with stores and purchase departments for replenishment.
Maintain production logs, daily reports, and documentation related to quality, safety, and output.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations.
