Hiring: Factory Manager (Age 20-30)

Location: On-site

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ?9,000 - ?15,000 per month

Shift: Day / Morning (Fixed Shift)

What You'll Do:

- Keep track of worker attendance

- Ensure daily operations run smoothly

- Manage basic reports and data using Excel or Google Sheets

- Coordinate with vendors for materials and supplies

- Monitor production and check product quality

- Identify defects and make sure they are fixed

- Inspect incoming raw materials

- Track finished goods before dispatch

- Maintain stock records and update inventory

- Supervise workers and workflow

- Make sure production targets and timelines are met

- Resolve day-to-day operational issues

What We're Looking For:

- Age between 20-30

- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)

- Strong organization and team-handling skills

- Experience in quality check or inventory (preferred)

- Good communication in Hindi & English

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field
