Production Supervision (Process Oversight)

Washing & Cleaning:

Oversee the high-pressure washing and sanitation of raw herbs and vegetables to remove soil and contaminants.

Chopping & Slicing:

Monitor the mechanical chopping process to ensure uniform size, which is critical for consistent drying.

Vegetable Juicing:

Supervise the extraction process, ensuring maximum yield and immediate filtration/stabilization of the juice.

Drying Operations:

Manage the industrial solar dryers. You must strictly monitor temperature settings to prevent the "burning" of medicinal compounds.

Shift Management:

Assign tasks to laborers, track attendance, and ensure production targets are met daily.
2. Electrical & Technical Maintenance

As the designated electrician, your goal is

zero downtime

.

Preventative Maintenance:

Create and follow a schedule for oiling, sharpening blades (choppers), and cleaning motors.

Electrical Troubleshooting:

Repair faults in control panels, wiring, sensors, and motors for juicers and drying fans.

Machine Calibration:

Ensure that temperature sensors in the drying units are accurate to protect the medicinal quality of the plants.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure all machinery is properly grounded (earthed) and that the factory floor is safe from electrical hazards, especially in wet areas like the washing and juicing stations.
Quality Control & Hygiene

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices):

Ensure all staff wear gloves, hairnets, and aprons. Medicinal plants must be handled like food/medicine.

Contamination Control:

Prevent cross-contamination between different species of medicinal plants.

Waste Management:

Organize the disposal of organic waste (pulp, stems) efficiently.
