Handle day-to-day factory operations
Manage labour and maintain discipline
Plan daily/weekly production
Maintain stock of raw materials & finished goods
Ensure quality of paver blocks
Identify potential sites for paver block laying
Visit sites and coordinate with customers/contractors
Maintain daily production & stock reports
Requirements:
Experience in factory supervision (construction materials preferred)
Good leadership & communication skills
Basic technical knowledge of paver block manufacturing
Willing to travel for site visits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
