ABOUT RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production process in manufacturing or industrial settings. Their role includes managing staff, ensuring that production goals are met, maintaining quality control, and ensuring safety standards are upheld. Here are some key responsibilities typically associated with the role:

Team Management: Supervising and directing a team of workers, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing training and support. Production Planning: Coordinating and scheduling production activities to ensure that products are manufactured on time and within budget.
Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing issues that arise during the production process, such as equipment malfunctions or supply shortages.

Continuous Improvement: Evaluating production processes and making recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Coordination with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments, such as engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations.
EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years of related industrial experience in a Manufacturing company.
