Job Title: Factory Store cum Machine Operations & Local Purchase

Salary Range: ₹22,000 - ?31,000 per month

Job Summary:

The role involves handling factory store operations, basic machine operations, and local purchasing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial store management, inventory control, vendor coordination, and local material procurement while supporting production needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage factory store operations including material receipt, storage, and issue.

Maintain stock registers, GRN, inward-outward entries, and daily inventory records.

Monitor minimum stock levels and ensure timely material availability.

Handle spare parts, consumables, tools, and machine-related inventory.

Operate basic factory machines as per production requirements and safety norms.

Coordinate with the production, purchase, and maintenance departments.

Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accuracy in records.

Execute local purchasing of materials, spare parts, and consumables.

Identify and negotiate with local vendors for timely supply.

Prepare purchase requests, quotations, and follow-up for deliveries.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.

Support dispatch and material loading/unloading activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-6 years of experience in factory store operations / machine handling / local purchase.

Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Knowledge of inventory management and basic machine operation.

Familiarity with MS Excel / Store software will be an added advantage.

Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multitasking responsibilities.

Education: Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field preferred.
