Job Description

Looking for a highly skilled leader to manage our factory operations.

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee our daily manufacturing operations in the factory. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in labor controlling and a proven track record of ensuring products are made efficiently, safely, and on time.

As a key individual, you will act as a bridge between management and the production floor, balancing production targets with the needs and capabilities of the workforce.

Key Responsibilities



Planning & Scheduling: Develop production plans and schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet production targets and customer demands.
Team Management: Supervise, train, motivate, and manage the production staff. You'll assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure efficient teamwork.
Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve production processes, identifying bottlenecks, reducing waste, and implementing strategies to boost efficiency and productivity.
Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards and comply with industry regulations.
Resource & Inventory Management: Oversee the efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor, while managing inventory levels to avoid shortages.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements, providing training and enforcing protocols to create a safe work environment.
Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and any other disruptions that may arise.

Required Skills



Leadership: Ability to motivate, guide, and delegate tasks effectively.
Problem-solving: Quickly identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions.
Communication: Clearly conveying instructions, expectations, and feedback to the team and collaborating with other departments.
Technical Expertise: Understanding the production processes, machinery, and technologies of the industry.
Organizational Skills: Effectively managing schedules, resources, and workflows to ensure smooth operations.
Continuous Improvement: A mindset for analyzing processes and implementing changes to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in a production management role.
Age: 35-45 years.
Core Skill: Proven experience in labor controlling is essential.
