- Factory / Production Manager

Location: Noida ₹

Reporting To: General Manager - Projects

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Factory / Production Manager to independently run

manufacturing unit (bullet traps, steel targets, mechanical systems). The person

will take direct instructions from GM-Projects and firmly manage all production teams,

ensuring on-time, quality output without supervision.

Key Responsibilities

₹End-to-end responsibility of factory operations: fabrication, machining, welding,

painting, assembly & dispatch.

₹Convert drawings and project requirements into production schedules and

deliverables.

₹Firmly manage supervisors, welders, fitters, operators, QA, and stores teams for daily

output.

₹Ensure raw material availability, WIP control, and timely dispatch as per project

milestones.

₹Enforce quality checks, ballistic safety norms, and complete traceability (AR steel,

welding, coatings).

₹Maintain discipline, productivity, and proactive problem solving on shop floor.

₹Report daily production status, issues, and action plans directly to GM.

Candidate Profile

₹B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering.

₹8-15 years' experience in heavy fabrication / defence / machinery manufacturing.

₹Strong command over fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding, machining,

assembly).

₹Proven ability to independently manage a factory and lead 50-100 workforce.

₹Hands-on, proactive, and execution-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
