We are hiring a Factory Manager to handle daily factory production operations for modular furniture and interior works. The role is responsible for production planning, manpower control, quality discipline, packing readiness, and dispatch support to ensure projects are delivered on time with minimum rework.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily + weekly factory production schedule
Allocate manpower for CNC, edge banding, assembly, packing
Ensure production starts only with approved production drawings + cutting list + CNC list
Coordinate with Production Lead for job clarity and revisions
Maintain strict quality control to reduce errors and rework
Monitor machine performance, tool issues, and downtime
Ensure proper labeling, packing, and kit completeness for dispatch
Track outsourced items integration (mirror, glass, cushion, etc.) with checklist
Maintain housekeeping, safety, and discipline inside factory
Send daily production status report to management
Requirements
Knowledge of CNC workflow, panel processing, assembly and packing
Strong leadership and production planning skills
Ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines
Basic reporting knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets)
