Factory Production Incharge - Kala Amb (Aluminum Windows, Doors & Glazing Solutions)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily operations of powder coating, fabrication, and assembly units in the aluminum window and door production line. Ensure timely production as per project deadlines while maintaining quality standards across all stages of manufacturing. Monitor raw material usage, minimize wastage, and coordinate with inventory team for material availability. Train production staff regularly on fabrication techniques, machine handling, powder coating process, and assembly standards. Implement SOPs and safety protocols across powder coating, fabrication, and assembly departments. Maintain accurate daily production reports and present performance metrics to senior management. Troubleshoot on-floor issues related to machine performance, alignment, or process errors. Coordinate with quality control team to address defects and improve finishing and functionality of products. Optimize manpower allocation across departments for smooth and efficient workflow. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in process efficiency, quality control, and worker skill enhancement.
