Job Description

We are looking for a

Factory Operator

to handle day-to-day production activities, machine operation, material handling, and basic maintenance within the manufacturing unit. The role requires discipline, attention to safety, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation

Operate factory machines and equipment as instructed. Follow SOPs for running, stopping, and adjusting machines. Maintain proper machine speed, accuracy, and quality output.

2. Production Work

Support daily manufacturing tasks like cutting, bending, assembling, drilling, or fabrication depending on department. Ensure production targets are met on time. Report material shortages or machine issues immediately.

3. Material Handling

Load/unload materials safely. Move raw materials and finished products within the factory. Maintain cleanliness and proper stacking in the work area.

4. Quality & Safety

Inspect materials and finished work for quality defects. Follow all safety guidelines--PPE, machine safety, and housekeeping. Report any unsafe conditions or breakdowns.

5. Basic Maintenance

Assist in basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments. Inform management about maintenance needs or faults.

6. Documentation & Reporting

Record daily production, machine usage, and material consumption. Follow supervisor instructions and support in routine factory operations.

Skills & Requirements

Ability to operate factory machines (training can be provided). Basic mechanical or technical understanding. Physically fit and able to handle factory work. Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline. Knowledge of safety practices in factories. 3-5 years Experience is a must.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
