Factory Helper -

A Factory Helper supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth workflow on the factory floor. This role is essential for keeping production running efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Assist machine operators and production workers Load and unload raw materials and finished products Pack, label, and sort products according to instructions Keep the work area clean and organized Follow safety rules and use protective equipment properly Help with basic quality checks and report defects Move items within the factory using carts or other equipment Perform other general tasks as assigned by supervisors
Skills & Requirements

Basic understanding of factory or warehouse work Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Physically fit (able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads) Good teamwork and communication skills Attention to detail Willingness to learn and adapt
Working Conditions

Indoor factory or production environment May involve standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks Shift work may be required (day/night shifts)
Education & Experience

No formal education required (basic schooling preferred) Prior factory or manual labor experience is an advantage but not required

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
