Job Title: Factory Merchandiser Number of vacancies: 1 Company: Vaanam Furnishings Pvt Ltd Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing and Coordination:
• Receive and review customer orders, verifying accuracy and completeness of information.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely production scheduling.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on order status and resolve any queries or concerns.
• Production Planning:
• Collaborate with the production team to plan and schedule manufacturing activities based on order volumes and customer deadlines.
• Monitor production progress, ensuring adherence to production timelines and quality standards.
• Anticipate potential production delays and proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders to address issues.
• Ensure all approvals are taken from the client and passed on to the production on time ensuring quick processing of the orders on time.
• Logistics and Customer Relations:
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure the order is ready on time and arrange proper logistics and installation services in collaboration with the client.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of order details, production schedules, and customer communications.
• Maintain sales records for the month and year total and send records to the top management weekly basis to track sales numbers.
• Prepare and present regular reports on order status, production progress, and customer feedback to the Production Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Selected Candidate will receive a monthly salary of upto INR 20,000 based on the experience.
• 1-2 years of experience as an Order processing co Ordinator OR Factory Merchandiser or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment. Suitable Or talented freshers can also be considered.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
• Basic knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and materials is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Schedule:
