Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular health check-ups for all employees in the Thermal Power plant.
• Provide immediate medical attention and treatment to employees in case of injuries or illnesses.
• Maintain accurate medical records of all employees and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other health and safety professionals to create and implement health programs.
• Educate employees on preventive healthcare measures and promote a healthy lifestyle.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with external medical facilities when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
• Participate in health and safety audits and inspections.
• Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices in the field of industrial healthcare.

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from a recognized institution.
