Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily wooden furniture production operations to ensure optimal efficiency and consistency Lead, supervise, and schedule factory production teams; manage team performance Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high production standards Meet and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and timelines Maintain factory machinery and ensure all equipment and tools are in safe and working condition Coordinate with design and project teams to align production with project requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong hands-on knowledge of woodworking, joinery, and furniture-making techniques Proficiency in handling woodworking machinery and tools Proven leadership and team coordination skills in a factory or workshop setting Excellent problem-solving and on-the-spot decision-making abilities Sound understanding of quality assurance procedures and production documentation Clear communication and interpersonal skills for managing workers and liaising with departments Awareness of industrial safety standards and operational protocols

Preferred Background:

Candidates with prior experience in

interior design projects

construction

,

carpentry workshops

, or

wooden fixture production

are highly preferred Experience working with luxury or custom furniture production will be an added advantage
