Location: Joka, Kolkata

Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Salary: ₹50,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Factory Manager with a strong background in Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:-

-Supervise and coordinate all factory operations, ensuring smooth production flow.

-Plan and schedule production activities to meet targets and deadlines.

-Oversee maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.

-Implement and monitor safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

-Manage manpower, allocate resources, and ensure effective team performance.

-Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

-Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance with statutory requirements.

-Liaise with suppliers, clients, and management for operational coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

-5-10 years of relevant experience in factory or plant management.

-Strong leadership and team management skills.

-Hands-on experience with production planning, maintenance, and safety systems.

-Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
