Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee operations at our Madhyamgram facility. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing, production planning, and team management.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily factory operations Achieve production and quality targets Supervise and coordinate staff and processes Maintain inventory and raw material flow Ensure safety and compliance standards are met Handle vendor and supplier coordination Prepare and share regular reports

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of factory or plant management experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of production workflow and inventory systems Good communication and problem-solving skills
