Hiring: Factory Manager - JK Spices

Location: Unjha, Gujarat

Salary: Range ?30,000 - ₹40,000 NTH/month -TA + Bonus + Other Perks

Role Overview:

JK Spices is looking for a dynamic Factory Manager to lead end-to-end operations at our Gujarat facility. This role demands hands-on leadership across all shift operations, ensuring seamless production, compliance, and team coordination in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Graduate (any stream)

- Experience: Minimum 7-8 years in factory/plant management

- Sector Preference: FMCG (Spices, Food Processing, or similar)

- Shift Handling: Must have experience managing multi-shift operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise all shift operations to ensure uninterrupted production

- Drive production planning, resource allocation, and manpower scheduling

- Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and hygiene protocols

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams: QA, Maintenance, HR, Dispatch/Supply chain

- Monitor raw material usage, inventory, and dispatch timelines

- Implement cost control measures and process improvements

- Ensure statutory compliance and documentation

- Mentor and motivate factory staff for performance and accountability

Ideal Candidate Traits:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Proven ability to run multi-shift operations efficiently

- Familiarity with ERP systems and production dashboards

- High accountability and problem-solving mindset
