We're looking for an experienced and dependable

Factory Manager

to lead day-to-day operations at our

solid block production unit

. The role combines

production management

with

factory administration

, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient plant functioning.

Responsibilities:

Oversee

daily production planning

, raw material usage, and shift-wise output Monitor quality control and ensure production targets are met Manage

factory staff

, enforce discipline, and ensure adherence to safety protocols Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and dispatch teams Maintain accurate reports for stock, attendance, and production metrics Liaise with senior management and provide timely updates
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in block manufacturing or similar industry Strong knowledge of concrete products and production machinery Leadership skills with the ability to manage labor and supervisors Basic computer and report-keeping skills Willingness to be hands-on and present on the factory floor
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
