Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of production staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution

- Ensure high-quality products are manufactured to meet customer requirements

- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve productivity and quality targets

- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

- Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overheads

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues

- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field

- Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality control, and safety protocols

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
