Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Factory/Press Shop Manager to oversee all daily operations of our press facility, ensuring efficient production, high-quality standards, and cost-effective output while leading and developing our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily print production, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and compliance as per ISO & buyer standards. Oversee resources, workflow, equipment, and process improvements for efficiency. Lead, train, and support the team while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Must be an expert in offset and colour management. Monitor costs, prepare MIS reports, and drive continuous operational excellence

Qualifications & Skills:

2 - 4 year Proven experience as a Production Manager/Factory Manager in a press/sheet metal/manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, people management, and shop floor supervision skills. Expertise in press operations (Stamping, Hydraulic, Power Presses). Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean, ERP systems, and production planning. Technical background (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
