Factory Manager - Waterproofing Chemical Products

Profile Summary:

Experienced and skilled Factory Manager with a strong background in

quality assurance and production management

within the

chemical manufacturing industry

, specifically waterproofing products. Proven ability to lead end-to-end quality processes, including

product testing prior to manufacturing

raw material inspection upon inward receipt

in-process quality checks

final batch quality verification

. Capable of making swift, data-driven decisions regarding

acceptance or rejection

of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring only high-quality products reach the market. Adept at implementing

comprehensive quality systems and protocols

across the manufacturing process.
