Job Description

The

factory Manager

will be responsible for leading and overseeing all manufacturing operations in a home appliances production facility. This includes production planning, quality control, supply chain management, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and deep industry knowledge to ensure efficient production and delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:1. Production & Manufacturing Management



Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production targets, deadlines, and quality standards. Oversee production planning and resource allocation (manpower, machinery, materials). Monitor KPIs such as production efficiency, downtime, yield, and cost per unit.

2. Quality Assurance & Compliance



Ensure all products meet internal quality benchmarks and external regulatory standards. Work with QA/QC teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive ISO and other relevant quality/compliance certifications.

3. Supply Chain & Procurement



Manage end-to-end supply chain, including vendor development, procurement, and inbound logistics. Optimize inventory levels of raw materials, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and finished goods.

4. Logistics & Distribution



Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of finished goods through effective coordination with logistics partners. Oversee warehouse operations, stock audits, and transport planning.

5. Team Management & Coordination



Lead a cross-functional team of production, maintenance, quality, stores, and logistics personnel. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

6. Budgeting & Cost Control



Prepare annual operational budgets and control manufacturing costs. Identify cost-saving opportunities in operations and process optimization.

7. Technology & Automation



Evaluate and implement automation and modern manufacturing technologies to enhance productivity. Drive digital transformation in plant operations and reporting systems.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering; MBA preferred. 10-15 years of experience in operations management in the manufacturing sector, preferably in

home appliances or consumer durables

. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies. Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office tools.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
