Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to oversee all operations of our manufacturing plant.

The Factory Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, streamlining processes, reducing waste, and increasing productivity.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in managing a manufacturing facility, understanding of lean manufacturing principles, excellent people management skills, and the ability to motivate employees.

Ultimately, you will ensure our production runs smoothly and is cost-effective.

Job Profile

Strong leadership abilities to direct, motivate, and manage a team of workers towards achieving production targets. Excellent organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and coordinate production processes and maintain schedules. Technical knowledge of machinery like VMC, Turn mill and other conventional machines to oversee the production operations effectively. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and rectify any issues that may disrupt production efficiency and output. Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various departments, suppliers, and clients, as well as to address workers' concerns and boost morale. Quality control skills to ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards. Prepare and present Production Reports to management

Qualifications & Experiences:

DME / BE (Mech) with minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing / machine shops. Must be conversant with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
