Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day factory operations, including production set up, quality control, admin and maintenance Implement and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and procedures Supervise and train production staff to improve productivity and quality Monitor and control production costs, including labour, materials, and overheads Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, complying with safety regulations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Factory or related field

2. Proven experience in factory management, preferably in the cosmetic industry

3. Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred

Qualifications:

1. 7 year Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices

2. Familiarity with cosmetic industry trends and regulations

3. Certification in quality management or operations management

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
