Urgent hiring for Factory Manager

Job Title:

Factory Manager

Required Experience- 7+ years

Ctc- upto 12 Lpa (depends on interview)

Working Days- 6 days

Location:

Silvasa, Mumbai (with frequent travel to client sites)

Responsibilities and Duties

?Production Management: Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient and timely production of marble products. Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure all products meet high standards. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage the factory team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. ?Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs. ?Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials while minimizing excess stock. ?Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a safe working environment. ?Maintenance Oversight: Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. ?Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, performance metrics, and inventory levels. Prepare regular reports for senior management. ?Budget Management: Develop and manage the factory budget, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

?Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in factory or production management, preferably in the marble industry.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control standards. Proficiency in production management software and MS Office.
Attributes:

Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
