o Oversee daily operations of the factory, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

o Manage production schedules to meet delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.

o Lead, mentor, and supervise production and technical teams across various departments.

o Ensure adherence to quality control and safety standards at every stage of manufacturing.

1). Operations & Inventory Control:



Oversee day-to-day factory operations to ensure efficient production of modular units.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for modular assembly.

Optimize production workflows, material usage, and labour allocation.

Oversee all daily opening/closing procedures, cash management, and point-of-sale reconciliations.

Manage the entire inventory lifecycle, from receiving and processing shipments to conducting regular stock audits and maintaining optimal stock levels.

Implement and enforce effective loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.

Ensure the premises is maintained immaculately and aligns with brand standards to create an inviting and appealing atmosphere.

2). Team Leadership & Staff Management:



Manage and supervise factory staff, including production supervisors, line workers, and technicians.

Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and ensure training and development.

Enforce safety regulations and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal efficiency while controlling labour costs.

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage team development and disciplinary actions.

Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and high-energy work environment that motivates the team to achieve its best.

3). Production Planning & Quality Control:



Coordinate production schedules with project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

Monitor quality assurance processes to meet architectural, structural, and code standards.

Identify and troubleshoot production issues affecting quality or timelines.

4). Supply Chain & Inventory Management:



Work closely with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.

Monitor inventory levels and manage stock efficiently to avoid downtime.

Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate outbound shipments of completed modules.

Collaborate with site installer to ensure complete delivery & installation to Frontier Furniture Standard.

5). Technical & Construction Coordination:



Understand modular design specifications and construction drawings.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and manufacturing regulations.

6). Reporting & Budget Control:



Track production metrics (KPIs such as output, efficiency, waste, rework).

Prepare reports for senior management and project stakeholders.

Monitor operational costs and work within budget constraints.

7). Maintenance & Equipment Oversight:



Ensure all factory equipment and tools are properly maintained.

Plan preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.

8). Compliance, Safety & Security:



Ensure the facotry is fully compliant with all health and safety regulations.

Implement and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard store assets, staff, and customers.

Promote environmentally sustainable manufacturing practices where applicable

9). Financial Management:



Manage the store's budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure all financial operations are within the allocated budget.

Analyze sales data to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance, trends, and forecasts for senior management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
