Factory Manager with 8+ years required for a listed MEP/HVAC pipe & metal supports manufacturer at Vasai, Mumbai

Prior manufacturing experience in MEP/HVAC supports with factory exposure preferred

JD:

- Oversee end-to-end factory operations to ensure timely, efficient, and quality-driven production

- Plan and monitor daily production schedules, optimizing manpower, machinery, and material utilization

- Supervise production teams and shift supervisors, ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety standards

- Ensure adherence to quality control processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework and enhance output

- Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine upkeep and enforce strict safety protocols across the plant

- Manage inventory levels; ensure timely procurement and coordination with stores and procurement teams

- Control operational costs and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings

- Maintain accurate production reports and MIS, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements

Salary up to Rs 12 lakh per annum (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
