Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager with working knowledge of Civil and Construction operations to oversee day-to-day factory activities. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and contribute to project planning and site coordination when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all factory operations including production, manpower, material, and machinery.
Coordinate with the production and project teams to ensure timely delivery and output.
Monitor and optimize workflow, efficiency, and productivity on the shop floor.
Oversee maintenance of factory equipment and infrastructure.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Utilize civil/construction knowledge for site coordination, layout understanding, or structural needs as required.
Manage inventory levels, procurement planning, and vendor coordination.
Report to senior management with updates and improvement strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a factory management or supervisory role. Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil preferred). Practical knowledge of civil work such as layout planning, construction materials, and site operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle labor teams and meet deadlines under pressure.
