for a well-established Earthing Material Manufacturing unit located in Rasoolpura, Secunderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily factory operations, ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and managing workforce efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to meet production targets while ensuring safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end factory operations including production, maintenance, and dispatch
Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials
Maintain product quality standards and minimize wastage
Monitor machine maintenance and coordinate timely repairs
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
Manage factory staff, attendance, discipline, and performance
Coordinate with procurement, stores, and management teams
Prepare daily production reports and MIS
Ensure timely delivery of finished goods
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a Factory Manager or Production Manager in manufacturing
Experience in metal, electrical, or earthing material industry preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety norms
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
