Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage overall factory operations, including production, sales, marketing, and administration Handle profit center responsibilities and ensure efficient cost control Supervise end-to-end supply chain and inventory processes Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, and other regulatory standards Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and business targets Implement quality control systems and continuous improvement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

MBA or Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Prior experience in a medical, Ayurvedic, or food industry setting is a strong advantage

Strong leadership, decision-making, and people-management skills

Proven track record in handling profit center responsibilities and improving operational efficiency
