Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled

Factory Manager

from the

Food Industry (mandatory),

preferably with strong experience in

Spices, Sauces, and Dehydrated Vegetables & Fruits

manufacturing.

The ideal candidate should be capable of

handling factory operations independently

, ensuring smooth production flow and maintaining high-quality standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

end-to-end factory operations

and ensure daily activities run efficiently. Manage

production line-up

, manpower planning, and process optimization. Ensure

accurate documentation

, batch records, and production reports. Stay

up to date about all factory activities,

including procurement, inventory, machinery, hygiene, safety, and dispatches. Maintain strict

quality standards

, hygiene protocols, and compliance with food safety norms. Coordinate between departments for smooth workflow, production, QA/QC, maintenance, purchase & logistics. Implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely raw material planning. Handle audits, certifications, and ensure regulatory compliance. Take full ownership of

overall operations

, including troubleshooting day-to-day challenges.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
