Manage factory operations- oversee production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch
Manage production planning, manpower, and costs
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, safety, and labour laws
Drive efficiency, waste reduction, and continuous improvement
Handle audits, documentation, and MIS reporting
Requirements:
B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical/Production/Food Technology or similar)
5-10 years' experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing
Strong leadership, compliance, and end-to-end manufacturing operations knowledge

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
