Role & Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct daily manufacturing operations. Increase production capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs. Ensure current quality standards are maintained and products are delivered on time. Drive efficiency in resource allocation, planning, and inventory management. Stay updated with modern production management practices.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Strong team building, decision-making, and people management. Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met.

Skills & Competencies Required

Proven work experience as a

Plant Manager / Factory Manager

. Knowledge of

CAD

and

SLD (Single Line Diagrams)

. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
