Job Title: Factory Manager - Joinery
Job Location: Dubai
A unique opportunity to work with a reputed company, taking charge in dynamic and exciting environment as the Factory Manager to maintain the effective running of glass & production department by planning, organizing and implementing production.

Responsibilities
1. Plan and organize production schedule
2. Meeting customers expectations and demands
3. Maintaining high standards of the production line
4. Implement adequate plans for planned output, budget spending, labor efficiency, material efficiency, etc.
5. Inspecting the quality of the finished products
6. Manage production activities with multidisciplinary team to make sure optimum utilization of manpower, machines and materials
7. Maintaining a sound relationship with the clients
8. Review the performance of team members and provide the training if necessary
9. Presenting the reports to the higher management
Requirements
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in joinery
2. Strong management & leadership skills
3. Planning & Organizing
4. Expertise in Excel, Word & PPT
5. Exposure to Project Planning Software (Primavera and MS Project) and AutoCAD
6. Awareness of Authority Approvals (DCD, DM, DDA, etc.)
7.Willingness to relocate to Dubai
