FACTORY MANAGER

Experience - Minimum 5 years (In manufacturing company only) of running a factory.

: A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field is often required. Some positions may prefer candidates with a master's degree or specialized certifications.

: Previous experience in manufacturing or production management is usually required. Candidates may need several years of experience in progressively responsible roles within a manufacturing environment.

Technical Knowledge

: Factory managers must be able to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve processes and resolve issues.
