We are looking for an experienced factory manager.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day jewellery production (casting, setting, polishing, finishing).
Ensure quality standards, minimize wastage, and optimize resource use.
Lead and supervise factory staff, providing training and maintaining discipline.
Coordinate with design, sales, and procurement teams to meet demand and deadlines.
Maintain production records, reports, and compliance with safety & legal standards.
Requirements:
7+ years in jewellery manufacturing, 3+ years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of jewellery production processes.
Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Integrity in handling precious materials.
