of experience in food or chocolate/confectionery manufacturing, with at least
2 years in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of
chocolate production processes
, machinery, and quality control systems.
Proven ability in
team leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage overall plant operations including
production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and safety
.
Drive
production efficiency, waste reduction, and cost control
while maintaining product quality and consistency.
Ensure compliance with
FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, GMP
, and other regulatory and food safety standards.
Coordinate with R&D and supply chain teams for
new product trials, process optimization, and capacity planning
.
Monitor and achieve
daily, monthly, and annual production targets
.
Implement
lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
to enhance productivity.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing workforce and promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
Manage plant budgets, capital expenditures, and operational KPIs.
