Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complete factory operations and production activities
Plan and monitor daily production targets and schedules
Manage factory manpower, attendance, discipline, and performance
Ensure proper maintenance of machines and factory infrastructure
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, and HR departments
Monitor raw material usage, wastage control, and stock movement
Ensure safety standards, quality control, and compliance with company policies
Report daily production status and issues to Management
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, or relevant field (preferred)
Minimum
5-10 years of experience
in factory or manufacturing operations
Strong leadership and manpower-handling skills
Good knowledge of production planning, maintenance, and quality control
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reports, emails)
Ability to handle pressure and solve operational issues
