We are looking for a motivated and hands-on

Factory Manager

with up to 5 years of experience to oversee production operations, ensure quality standards, and lead the team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day factory operations, ensuring timely production and adherence to schedules. Supervise manufacturing processes, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient use of resources. Ensure product quality, safety standards, and compliance with industry regulations. Lead, train, and motivate shop floor teams to meet performance targets. Implement process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and enhance productivity. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams for smooth operations. Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and ensure minimum downtime. Prepare reports on production, performance metrics, and safety compliance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
