Factory Manager - Packaging Film Manufacturing About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Factory Manager

to oversee operations at our

packaging film plant (stretch film, cling film, aluminum foil, etc.)

. The role requires managing production, quality, maintenance, manpower, and compliance while ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day

production operations

and ensure achievement of targets. Oversee

quality control, safety, and compliance

with industry standards. Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, operators, and technicians. Ensure proper

machine maintenance

(extrusion, winding, slitting, packing). Drive

process improvements

to reduce cost, wastage, and downtime. Coordinate with sales, purchase, logistics, and R&D for smooth plant operations.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in

Mechanical, Electrical, Polymer, or Chemical Engineering

. 3-8 years of experience in

packaging film manufacturing (stretch, cling, BOPP, CPP, or related extrusion industry)

. Strong knowledge of extrusion, winding, slitting, and film quality parameters. Leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
