Experience - 10+ Years (into Furniture Manufacturing)
Education - Graduation (Interior / Architecture / Furniture background)

Location - Gorakhpur, UP.
Roles & Responsibilities - We're looking for a seasoned professional to manage our interior factory, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and timely delivery of products. The successful candidate will lead a team of production staff, supervise manufacturing processes, and implement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
? Manage daily factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
? Supervise and train production staff to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
? Implement quality control processes to meet customer standards and regulatory requirements.
? Coordinate with design, sales, and procurement teams to ensure seamless production.
? Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
? Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
? Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to production staff.
? Meet production targets, deadlines, and budget requirements.

Pay: ?11,374.24 - ?45,924.57 per month
