Key Responsibilities
Manage daily plant operations including Injection Molding, Blow Molding (Blowing Machines), and Insulation Machines.
Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.
Control rejection, rework, downtime, and manufacturing costs.
Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines, molds, and utilities.
Ensure product quality as per standards and customer requirements.
Manage plant manpower: shifts, productivity, discipline, and training.
Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory requirements, and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with planning, purchase, QA, dispatch, HR, and accounts teams.
Prepare and submit daily/monthly production and performance reports.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of:
o Injection Molding
o Blow Molding / Blowing Machines
o Insulation Machines (Preferable)
Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of quality systems, safety practices, and cost control.
Manpower Handlining
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
Experience:
Insulation Machines: 1 year (Preferred)
Factory Managment: 1 year (Preferred)
Injection Molding: 1 year (Preferred)
Blow Molding: 1 year (Preferred)
