- Possess a clear understanding of industry, technology trends with distinction of instituting quality control techniques to achieve product excellence at the lowest overall costs Skilled in determining company's global mission & strategic direction; ability to formulate and implement tactical initiatives to achieve corporate strategic goals
Excellent in defining & implementing rules & regulation and structured processes / internal control plans for manufacturing operations in Plants.
- Ascertaining areas of improvement & recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiencies of the systems within Different Departments.
-Ensure implementation of all Policy for Production, Quality, and Maintenance & Safety.
Support to Managing Director in targets with optimum efficiencies.
He Should Be Accountable and responsible for the Factory operations of production for sustainable and improving productivity targets with 100% safety, quality of the product and system. Responsible for the line maintenance budgets, and line spare inventory and its inventory management.
