Location Pune Talegaon Navlakh Umbre

Industry- Steel Fabrication

Education:- Graduate/Diploma or BE

Experience:- 10 to 15 years in the manufacturing sector (Steel industry will be an added advantage)Preferred

experience:-1. Developing and executing production plans, managing schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of steel products. 2. Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure products meet standards. 3. Control the manpower and get production on time and up to the mark4. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.5. Overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring its optimal performance and longevity.6. Ideate and implement strategic improvements for production, quality, maintenance and labor utilization throughout the facility.7. Ensuring a safe working environment by focusing on lead indicators8. Providing on the job training to develop skills9. Implementing the Kaizen culture to improve productivity, quality, safety, morale & reducing cost.10. Preparing and managing the factory budget, controlling expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met.11. Required grinding knowledge.12. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment. Special Skills: Able to manage Production, Maintenance and Quality department efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
