Job Title: Factory Manager

Reports To: General Manager / Operations Director

Job Summary:

The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely. This role includes managing staff, optimizing processes, ensuring quality control, maintaining equipment, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes.

Monitor production output to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and manage production staff, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.

Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.

Foster a positive and productive working environment.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Work closely with the QA/QC team to resolve product or process issues.

Health & Safety:

Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.

Resource Management:

Oversee maintenance of factory equipment and facilities.

Manage budgets for labor, equipment, and materials.

Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely supply chain management.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate records related to inventory, production, maintenance, and compliance.

Pay: ?11,109.51 - ?49,139.01 per month
