Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced
Plant Head / Factory Manager
to lead overall plant operations, production planning, quality, and maintenance. The role requires strong leadership, process knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing manufacturing units producing
carbon bricks, rubber lining materials, primers, adhesives, and cement
.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage daily production to meet targets and quality standards.
Oversee manufacturing, maintenance, and manpower efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality norms (ISO/BIS).
Control costs, reduce waste, and improve plant productivity.
Coordinate with purchase, dispatch, and management teams for smooth operations.
Lead and motivate the factory team to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering.
10-20 years of manufacturing experience; minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of carbon/rubber/chemical or construction material production.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
