Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Factory Manager to oversee the technical and HR functions of our manufacturing facility. As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing HR activities to drive employee engagement and retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical:

1. Production Planning: Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demands.

2. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

4. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment to minimize downtime.

HR:

1. Recruitment: Manage recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the best talent is acquired.

2. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.

3. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

4. Industrial Relations: Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or HR, with proven leadership experience.

3. Skills:

- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
