Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced

Factory Manager

to oversee the day-to-day operations of our

Weighbridge Manufacturing Unit in Danapur

. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in factory management, and good documentation and reporting knowledge. The role involves ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall factory operations including production, manpower, and maintenance. Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet delivery targets. Supervise manufacturing of weighbridges, steel structures, and related components. Ensure all documentation related to production, dispatch, and material movement is properly maintained. Monitor raw material usage, inventory, and stock records. Coordinate with design, purchase, and sales departments for smooth workflow. Maintain factory discipline, worker attendance, and safety standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements. Prepare and submit daily/weekly production and performance reports to management. Identify areas for process improvement and ensure cost-effective production.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum

Graduation (Any Stream)

-- technical background preferred. Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in factory or plant management (manufacturing industry). Strong understanding of production planning, manpower management, and factory operations.

Good documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills

(MS Office / Excel proficiency required). Ability to manage workflow independently and meet production deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

weighbridge manufacturing or heavy steel fabrication industry

. Knowledge of

basic mechanical processes, fabrication, and welding operations

. Leadership and team coordination abilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Negotiable (based on experience and qualification)
